Welcome
Welcome to the Website of the Provincial Priory of Northampton, Huntingdon & Bedford.
It is both a privilege and an honour to serve as the Provincial Prior for Northampton, Huntingdon & Bedford, and I extend a warm welcome to you as you visit our website.
Whether you are a longstanding Knight of our Order or a curious visitor exploring our traditions for the first time, I trust you will find these pages both enlightening and inspiring. Here, you will discover the rich history, enduring values, and meaningful activities of our Province—each a reflection of centuries of Christian chivalry and Masonic fellowship.
The United Religious, Military and Masonic Orders of the Temple and of St John of Jerusalem, Palestine, Rhodes and Malta—more simply known as the Knights Templar and Knights of Malta—have been active in this region since 1925. Today, our Province proudly consists of 14 Preceptories, situated across the Masonic Provinces of Northamptonshire, Huntingdonshire, and Bedfordshire.
I invite you to explore our site, learn more about our mission and heritage, and, if so inspired, consider joining us in the enduring spirit of faith, honour, and service.

About us
Northampton Huntingdon & Bedford Provincial Priory was constituted in 1925 under charter from Great Priory of England and Wales, although Victory Preceptory pre-dates this and was consecrated in 1919.
